I led a redesign of the company’s website to support candidate’s job application needs on all screens and devices.

Setting the Foundation

Site maps helped me communicate a more logical approach to the site's information architeture.

Flow diagrams and interactive prototypes helped to uncover optimal registration and job application processes.

Detailed annotated wireframes were used to explain the layout and reflow of responsive elements.

CyberCoders was built on innovative technology to support a smart and caring team of recruiters. But from the outside, that wasn't obvious.

I developed the "Smart Wtih Heart" brand strategy to express the personality of the company and its services... where appropriate.

Profile photos were paired with an "About-me-in-5-words" quote to further enhance the personality of each recruiter.

Illustrated robots accompanied system messages and guided candidates through the registration and job application processes.
